JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
Fifty liters of spirit were recovered from the hutment adjacent to the railway track alleged to be of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure list neither bears the signature of the petitioner nor any family member of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
