This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 324, 307, 384, 506, 230B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against petitioner no. 1, Bipin Yadav, is that he caused fire arm injury on the left arm pit of the informant. Petitioner no. 2, Ajeet Kumar, while fleeing also fired. However, no injury was caused to any one.

Considering the nature of allegation petitioner no. 2, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2980 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner no. 1, Bipin Yadav. The prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no. 1, above named, is rejected.
