JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B)/34, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Complaint Case No. 1244-C of 2012 lodged by the father of the deceased is the basis of institution of the instant case making out an offence under section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the wife of the brother of the husband of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner referring to the complaint case has submitted that there is absolutely no allegation of any demand of dowry or any overt act so far as this petitioner is concerned.
