JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 8.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28639 of 2014 for extending the period of surrender since the informant, who as per order of this court was to stand as one of the bailors, was in custody. Further modification sought in the order dated 8.12.2014 is to the extent that the name of petitioner no. 3 has been typed as Rahum Mahton in place of Rahul Mahton which perpetuated in the order due to wrong mentioning in the petition. On the grounds mentioned in the modification petition, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11101 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 before the learned court below and the name of petitioner no. 3 be read as Rahul Mahton in place of Rahum Mahton in connection with Lakhisarai SC/ST P.S. Case No. 11 of 2012 pending in the court of the learned CJM, Lakhisarai.

The aforesaid order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
