The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after five years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The postmortem reflects ligature mark on the neck with bruise suggesting that the victim was killed by hanging.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are separate in mess from the husband of the victim, who is in custody. The accusation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11363 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 of demand of motorcycle after five years of marriage is unreasonable. The two minor children of the victim are residing with the petitioners.

Considering the thrust of accusation is against the husband, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 255 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
