JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard Mr. Sanjay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

In the opinion of this Court, the present application seeking modification of the order dated 08.12.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1722 of 2016 is misconceived.

The aforesaid order was passed in presence of the counsel for the parties. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had argued the case and when the Court was not convinced to grant relief, leave was sought to withdraw the application. On such submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application was disposed of as withdrawn.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1010 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 I see no reason to modify the aforesaid order. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
