The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Naubatpur P. S. Case No. 253 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the undue delay of three days in giving oral statement to the police and thereafter undue delay of nineteen days in institution of the First Information Report, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II
