18-04-2022 Let order dated 28.02.2022 be read as order no. 2 in place of order no. 3, which is a typographical error. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Six unknown miscreants committed dacoity in bank and looted away cash of Rs. 2, 53,760/- and other articles of the bank.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come during course of investigation. No looted cash / incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2021. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67137 of 2021(3) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 3rd, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 156 of 2020.
