JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2023 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 24.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67471 of 2021 to the extent of extension of time for furnishing bail bond as well as correcting the name of father of the petitioner in the aforesaid order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 24.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67471 of 2021 but the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time as the petitioner was not properly informed about the bail order. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed supplementary affidavit mentioning the correct name of petitioner's father i.e. "Prashant Tiwari @ Pramod Tiwari" instead of "Prashant Tiwari".

No.3360 of 2023(4) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 In view of reasons assigned in the modification petition, further six weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond before the Court below. Let the name of father of the petitioner be read as "Prashant Tiwari @ Pramod Tiwari" instead of "Prashant Tiwari" in the cause title of order dated 24.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc.
