The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section-420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner by submitting fabricated identity card of the informant got a SIM issued in his name and misused the same.

It is submitted that no offence under Section-420 of the Indian Penal Code is made out even if the entire allegation taken on its face value the petitioner did not cheat the informant nor anything has come that the petitioner misused the SIM after issuing in his name.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17774 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.
