The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019/ G.O. Case No. 586 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the house belongs to the joint family of the petitioner herein, hence the petitioner cannot be saddled for the alleged crime. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 13.06.2019.

No.58098 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. IInd cum- Special Judge Excise, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 82 of 2019/ G.O. Case No. 586 of 2019.
