2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 141 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(2), 303(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioners along with others jointly killed the aunt of the informant. Allegation against these petitioners is that they have twisted the leg of the deceased due to which she had fracture in her leg.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that in this case, F.I.R. has been filed after inquest and postmortem. The only allegation against the petitioners is that they have twisted the leg of the deceased due to which there was fracture in her leg. It has also been submitted that from perusal of the postmortem report, it will transpire that the doctor conducting postmortem has found only one postmortem injury i.e. swelling present over mid scalp region of size approx 2cm x 2cm. It has also been submitted that this postmortem report falsifies the allegations made against these petitioners. Petitioners are lady. They are having no criminal antecedent and they are languishing in judicial custody since 18.05.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the application for bail. Learned counsel for the informant has further submitted that prayer for bail of one co-accused Md. Raju @ Md. Shahjahan has been refused by learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. No. 75958 of 2025.
6. Countering this, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the nature of allegation against these petitioners is entirely different from that of Md. Raju.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 141 of 2025.
