Patna High Court MJC No.3214 of 2019(4) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 Singh University that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.09.2018, passed in CWJC No.10672 of 2018, the claim of the petitioners has been rejected by the governing body, as is apparent from the order dated 13.03.2024, issued by the Registrar, Veer Kuer Singh University, Ara, which is annexed to the supplementary show-cause, stated to have been filed by the University, a photocopy whereof has been furnished to this Court, which has been taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
