Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 498A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, petitioner is husband of the informant and there is nothing in the first information report to show that the informant was subjected to cruelty due to demand of dowry. Moreover, it appears that the informant has brought this case against the petitioner due to solemnization of second marriage by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
