Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 registered under Sections-436, 42/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is omnibus allegation against these petitioners that they put the informant's house on fire but admittedly, there is case and counter case and both sides have lodged cases against each others.
Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners named-above, are directed to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.232 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District-West Champaran subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
