The petitioner seeks bail in Garkha P.S.Case No.35 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201,34 of Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to be the mother-in-law.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is 70 years old lady and moreover, the allegations are general and omnibus and nothing specific has been attributed to the petitioner.
