The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 342, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have caused fire-arm injury to the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the injury report does not support the allegation made in the F.I.R. In the injury report, the doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature caused by pointed object and no fire-arm injury was found on the body of informant. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.07.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67251 of 2021(3) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2021.
