Writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Principal Secretary, Department of Road Construction, Government of Bihar as well as Departmental Commissioner to ensure that the departmental proceeding against the petitioner is expedited and concluded with due co-operation of the petitioner, preferably, within a period of six months.
2. No interference with the order of suspension is required looking at the seriousness of the charges which compelled the authority to suspend the petitioner. Petitioner has to first establish his honesty and bonafide.
