1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 1030 of 2022 registered under Sections 414, 468, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of the co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65684 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 1030 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
