2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 316 ( 2 ), 318 ( 4 ), 352 and 351 ( 2 ) of BNS.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Anil Kumar alleged that co-accused Rishi Ranjan asked informant to purchase his crusher machine and informant agreed to purchase his crusher machine for which informant paid Rs. 3,30,000/- to the son of this petitioner ( Rishi Ranjan) in his account as well as on phone pay i. e ,. on 22.12.2024 and 04.01.2025 but neither the aforesaid machine was handed over to the informant nor his his money was returned. It is further alleged that when informant went to the house of this petitioner

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Because he isfather of co-accused Rishi Ranjan . Agreement was made and signed by son of this petitioner. Petitioner has neither any crusher machine nor has got any concern with the business. Petitioner has not received any money from the informant. The alleged money was received by son of this petitioner namely Rishi Ranjan and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence and as such , no case under sections 316 (2), 318 (4), 352 and 351 (2) of B.N.S. is made out out against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner has not received any money from informant, materials available on record, celan antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
