Petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S.Case No.196 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 379/411 of the I.P.C.
Allegation as per the F.I.R. is that one scooty of the informant was stolen and the same was recovered from the coaccused and the petitioner was pillion rider of the scooty. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was pillion rider and he was not aware of the fact that the said scooty was stolen one. He is in custody since 30.4.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46943 of 2018 (3) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City, in Alamganj P.S. Case No.196 of 2018 subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors must be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
