JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 30-08-2016 Heard Mrs. Alka Verma, learned Counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Ashok Priyadarshi, learned Government Advocate No. 4, on behalf of State-respondents and perused the materials available on record including the counter affidavit, which has been filed by the State-respondents. Having regard to the fact that nursing home, which forms the subject matter of this writ petition, has been allotted to nurses in terms of policy decision, which has been taken by the authorities concerned and in this series of allotments, eighteen writ petitioners have also been accommodated, we do not find that any cause of action for further determination by this Court arise. Though the writ petition was initially filed by thirty eight petitioners, each one of them has separate cause of action and

Patna High Court CWJC No.8259 of 2016 (4) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 could not, therefore, be legally converged into one writ petition. Seeing from this angle also, the writ petition is not sustainable. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this writ petition is disposed of with with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised, and/or take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
