2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa Rail P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-313, 317(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per FIR, the informant got an information that 56 persons are present at Baijnathpur Railway Station, who are suspected thieves. Thereafter, the police raided the place and one Sujit Kumar @ Socho was arrested. The said Sujit Kumar @ Socho disclosed the name of other co-accused persons including the petitioner. On search, Rs. 20000/- in cash and some articles were recovered from Sujit Kumar. The police attempted to search the houses of the co-accused persons but

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from his possession and there is nothing against him in the entire investigation.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Saharsa Rail P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
