Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that neither petitioner was caught at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and petitioner does have clean antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Maranchi P.S.
