The appellants seek anticipatory bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 for offences punishable under Section 3(i)(ix) (x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The allegation against these appellants is of lodging of a false case against the informant and also of harassing and humiliating him.

It is submitted on behalf of the appellants that the appellants have filed a complaint against the informant and after lodging of the said complaint the present case has been lodged against the appellants.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact and circumstances as stated above, let the appellants surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered by the learned Special Judge on the basis of submissions as made above and specially that the appellants are the complainant on the basis of which the police raided the shop of the informant and considering the aforesaid aspect, dispose of the application of the appellant, if possible, on the same day. With the aforesaid observation, this appeal is disposed of.
