The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be the husband, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case by the informant only to put pressure upon him. Further submission is that on perusal of annexures, it appears that the allegation as levelled in the complaint petition itself creates doubt as because

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S.
