ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

In view of the report dated 30.09.2016, let the trial of present case be concluded positively by the 31st of January, 2017 as only three witnesses, all of which are official witnesses yet to be examined. It is made clear that the trial court shall ensure the appearance of the said witnesses at the earliest and thereafter proceed with the trial and conclude the same positively by the aforementioned date. It is made clear that no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to any of the parties. The application for bail stands rejected.
