Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner with regard to payment of salary has been redressed by the respondents. However, referring to Annexure-B filed by the respondent no.3, counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent District Programme Officer (establishment) cum District Education Officer, Madhubani has already issued office order dated 21.1.2017 with regard to grant of first ACP and second ACP but actual benefit of the first ACP and second ACP has not been extended to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.15012 of 2013(3) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 disposed of with direction to the respondents to grant consequential benefits in terms of office order contained in Memo No. 191 dated 21.1.2017, if not already extended to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Resultantly, the respondents are required to revise the post retiral dues of the petitioner within a further period of two months from the date of decision of granting consequential benefits in terms of office order dated 21.1.2017. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
