The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/447/341/323/307/302/337/114/506/427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that with regard to dispute of use of electric generator the own brother of informant Noor Alam and generator operator Pihwa @ Mahboob assaulted the son of the informant though accusation is omnibus and general against 32 accused persons including the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13395 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 Miscellaneous Nos. 36290 of 2014, 49009 of 2014 and 35239 of 2014. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No.33 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
