This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.01.2013 passed in Maintenance Case No. 124(M) of 2011 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai, directing the husband Ram Kumar Paswan (petitioner) to make payment of Rs. 2,000/- per month to O.P. No. 2 and Rs. 1,500/- to her each minor daughter by the 15th day of every month as maintenance.

Earlier this case was dismissed for non-prosecution and thereafter it has been restored. Today also after restoration none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

From the impugned order, it appears that the order for payment of maintenance was passed by the learned court below on 05.01.2013. The impugned order is speaking order and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.911 of 2015 (9) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the present quashing petition is dismissed.

Learned court below is directed to take appropriate steps against the petitioner to get the payment made by the petitioner to O.P. No. 2 in accordance with law. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
