Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singheshwar P. S. case no. 151/2014 registered under sections 304B, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.1 is Gutani whereas petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are brothers-in-law of the deceased.

Although petitioners are named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the case diary that deceased suspected about illicit relation of her husband with petitioner no.1 and furthermore, post mortem report of the deceased reveals that one ligature mark was found on the neck

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11712 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 of the deceased. Informant has admitted in his statement that he pursued his son-in-law not to make demand of motorcycle. No specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Singheshwar P. S. case no. 151/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
