ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-03-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment dated 13.11.2014 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Criminal Appeal No.29 of 2014, by which it had set aside the sentence of Petitioners No.2 and 3 and modified conviction of the Petitioner No.1 passed by order dated 25.4.2014 by the S.D.J.M., Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga in G.R. No.332 of 2008/ Trial No.103 of 2014.

In sum the Petitioner No.1 was sentenced to a period of six months, out of which he has already remained in custody for about two months.

In such circumstances, finding no point of law, the
