The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a, 25(1-AA), 26, 29 and 35 of Arms Act. As per written report one pistol, two live cartridges and one Mobile phone have been recovered from possession of co-accused Dharmesh Yadav. Seizure list has been prepared and arrested accused was remanded to jail custody. He disclosed before the police the name of 16 accused persons including petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in all other cases as mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54552 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 is on bail.

Petitioner is in custody since 1.7.2019.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
