JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 187 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner ,the State and the informant.

The allegation against the petitioner is demand of dowry and torture to the complainant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full dignity and honour. It has further been submitted that he is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant. It is further submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner is named in the complaint petition. Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant, let above name petitioner in the event of his arrest/ surrender in the court below within a period of five weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sasaram, in connection with Complaint Case No. 187 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.PC.

It is made clear that if the complainant resides with the petitioner then the petitioner shall not deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- per month in the court below.
