The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chanan P. S. Case No. 67 of 2013 instituted under Sections 302, 304B, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that inforamnt's daughter was married only three years back with the son of the petitioners. It is alleged that they set her body on fire and killed and her dead body was disposed of.

It is submitted that the matter has been compromised with the informant and it was an accidental death and the petitioners were living separately from the deceased and her husband.
