Petitioner has passed the examination in 2nd division as the certificate contained in Annexure-3.

Mr. Partha Sarthy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar School Examination Board has drawn the attention of this court to Annexure - A which indicate that petitioner has failed in the examination.

In view of the discrepancy in Annexure -3 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.21732 of 2013(6) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 Annexure- A to the counter affidavit, the court directs the Bihar School Examination Board to verify the genuineness of Annexure -3 which appears to be forged one as per the stand of Bihar School Examination Board.

In view of Annexure -A, fresh verification is required to be done by the Bihar School Examination Board within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. After verification of Annexure-3 the certificate is required to be authenticated by the Secretary and the Chairman of the Board and if it is found that Annexure -3 is forged document, the Board is under obligation to take appropriate legal action for using forged certificate. In the event the certificates are found to be genuine, the petitioner would be entitled to all consequential benefit within a period of four months from the date of verification of certificate of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
