The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 323, 504, 506,363, 366 A. 420, 313 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(x)(xii) of the SC/ST Act and4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act It is alleged that son of the petitioners Naendra Rai @ Nagendra kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage and thereafter demand of dowry was made and she was tortured.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 18.06.2013 a complaint being

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.583 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 complaint Case no. 736C/2013 was filed on 26.06.2013 and thereafter withdrawal petition was filed on 4.7.2013 which have been brought on record as annexures-2 and 3 . The complaint petition being complaint no. 1211C/2013 has been filed on 24.09.2013.

Considering the delayed lodging of the complaint and withdrawal of filing the complaint for the same occurrence and the three cases against the son of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of 12 weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Danapur in connection with Harijn P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
