Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Short grievance raised by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's Service Appeal No. 495 of 2012 filed in compliance of order dated 6.8.2012, passed in MJC No. 2895 of 2012 has not been disposed of and is pending since last four years.
Such a situation is wholly unwarranted. In view of limited nature of grievance, this Court considers it appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.11945 of 2013 (3) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 that the Commissioner, Tirhuit Division, Muzaffarpur being the Appellate authority consider and dispose of petitioner's service appeal by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
