JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant which did not cause any injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled, subsequently, the informant has retracted from his initial version and filed a petition that effect before the learned court below. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
