JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-05-2016 The writ application is required to be dismissed because the Court comes to a considered opinion that the petitioner is only playing games by using the High Court by selectively tweaking with the so-called relief when basically the dispute is of electricity bills, which are outstanding against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7175 of 2016 dt.23-05-2016 2/2 Annexure- 11 is a complete answer by itself. It is either take it or leave it for the petitioner, especially when the said order has also been affirmed or at least permitted to be withdrawn, after an unsuccessful attempt at the Division Bench.
