The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case no.53 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 354B, 307 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence of Marpit took place due to land dispute. Further submission is that while allegation against the petitioner to cause injury to Md. Nasim, uncle of the informant, but the injuries found on the person of Md. Nasim is simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
