JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 This case has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner to modify order dated 30.8.2019 as the order dated 30.8.2019 has not been communicated to the learned court below, by which the petitioner was directed to surrender on 11.9.2019.

From perusal of the order it appears that the petitioner was directed to surrender on 11.9.2019 and it was also directed that the O.P.no.2 shall also remain present there on that day. In view of submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, order dated 30.8.2019 is modified to the extent that 'the petitioner is directed to surrender on 25.9.2019 and he will also persuade the O.P.no.2 to appear on 25.9.2019 before
