2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 611 of 2022, arising out of Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2022, lodged on 12.05.2022, under Sections 302, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been made against two named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is a specific allegation that they have killed the informant's son by stabbing knife in the stomach.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 12.05.2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct allegation against the present petitioner of killing the informant's son by stabbing knife in the stomach.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U T
