JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. On an earlier occasion, vide order dated 14.08.2014 while rejecting prayer for bail of the petitioner under Criminal Misc. No. 20450 of 2014 an opportunity was given to him to renew his prayer for bail only after examination of the victim. Uptill now, as has been stated, the victim has not been examined. Accordingly, there happens to be no question of reconsideration of the prayer deviating from the direction which has earlier been imposed.
