2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 18 of 2024 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 365 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim girl.

4. The trial has started and two witnesses have been examined.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2023.

6. Considering the fact that the trial has already started, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
