JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court on 30.06.2017 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19735 of 2017 on merit. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2016.

Admittedly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on 30.06.2017 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19735 of 2017 taking into consideration the direct allegation against the petitioner and two others, who shot fire at Kapildeo, brother of the informant, who died on the spot.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13902 of 2018(5) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 petitioner, again, rejected.
