====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and charge-sheet has been submitted.

Allegation is of looting Rs.1,19,60,777/- from the bank by unknown criminal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is cousin of Md. Shaukat and Md. Khurshid and she had come to her parental home as she was pregnant and thus was completely unaware of the fact that what the aforesaid brothers have given her to keep in the house. It is further submitted that during raid the bag which was given by Md. Shaukat and Md. Khurshid was recovered and thus, petitioner came to be implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that admittedly the petitioner was pregnant when the occurrence had taken place and the same would be evident from Annexure-2 to the bail application which is the certificate issued by the Superintendent of Jail, Hajipur. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and charge-sheet has been submitted and also taking into consideration Annexure-2 to the bail application, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
