The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Dalsinghsarai (Ghatoho) P.S. Case No. 288 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On some petty dispute Md. Kalam, Md. Azad, Samita Khatoon, the petitioner and wife of Md. Nizam are alleged to have assaulted Md. Qasim, the husband of the informant with fists, slaps and sticks. The husband of the informant died. The postmortem report shows that the deceased got external injuries on account of assault.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

No.14980 of 2015 (3) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail and her prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
