1. Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rana Randhir Singh, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P. S. Case No. 211 of 2025, dated 18.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(2), 318(4), 336(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to recovery of two Bolero vehicles from the place situated outside the house of this petitioner, the petitioner has been made accused in connection with the alleged recovered vehicles mainly on account that these vehicles were found parked outside his house. It is further submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge about the alleged

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, mainly petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, his custody period and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove, be enlarged on bail in connection with Harsidhi P. S. Case No. 211 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
