JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2870 of 2010 for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The allegation against the petitioner is demand of dowry and torture to the complainant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full dignity and honour. It is also submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) every month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.915 of 2015 (3) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and there is specific allegation against him.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) per month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of five weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case no. 2870/2010 ( Trial No. 2157 of 2012), subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
